An AI chatbot that closes the gap between 21:40 and 08:15.
That gap is where most South African businesses lose work. Somebody enquires late, nobody replies until morning, and by then they have booked whoever answered first. An AI chatbot answers in seconds, gives real prices, captures the details and sends you a lead that is already warm.
Answering now
What an AI chatbot does on your website
An AI chatbot is not a pop-up asking whether you need help. A trained assistant that knows your prices, your service areas and your process, and can finish the job.
Gives real prices
Your actual numbers, not "contact us for a quote". Price is the first question almost everyone has, and answering it immediately is the single biggest lift in conversion.
Confirms service areas
Knows exactly where you work, what travel fees apply and where you would rather not go. Nobody wastes a phone call finding out you do not cover their suburb.
Captures the lead properly
Name, number, what they need and when. Delivered to your inbox, your phone or your CRM the moment the conversation ends rather than sitting in a chat window.
Books appointments
Offers real slots from your calendar, takes the booking and sends confirmation. Removes the four messages it usually takes to agree a time.
Answers the repeat questions
Opening hours, warranty terms, payment methods, lead times, what is included. The questions your team answers forty times a week get answered instantly.
Escalates cleanly
Complaints, complex jobs and anything it is unsure about go straight to a person, with the full conversation attached so nothing has to be repeated.
Works in your customers' language
Someone opens in isiZulu, it answers in isiZulu. Someone switches mid-sentence, it follows. That is how people actually type in South Africa.
Improves your paid ads
Traffic from Google Ads is expensive. An assistant that engages visitors instantly lifts the number of those clicks that become enquiries, which lowers your cost per lead.
Tells you what people want
Monthly summaries of what was asked most. Usually there is a service in there you should be promoting harder, or a question your website should already answer.
The enquiry did not change. The response time did.
How your AI chatbot gets built
Seven days from signing to an AI chatbot live on your site. About ninety minutes of your time in total.
Discovery session
Your services, prices, areas, hours and the questions you get most. One conversation, about an hour.
Training
We build the knowledge base from your website, price list and anything else you hand over, then set the tone and the rules.
Internal testing
We try to break it. Odd questions, price haggling, complaints, wrong-language messages, and we fix what comes out badly.
Your review
You and your team message it privately and flag anything that does not sound like your business. We adjust the same day.
Live
Installed on your site, leads routed where you want them, and monthly retraining starts from the real conversations.
What you control completely
- What it may quote. Fixed prices it can give freely, and jobs it must never price without you.
- When it fetches a human. Any trigger you choose, including complaints, specific words or a named client.
- Its tone. Formal, warm, brief. We match how your best salesperson already speaks to customers.
- Hours of operation. Full time, or only outside office hours so your team handles the day.
- Where leads land. Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Google Sheets or straight into your CRM.
- What it never says. A list of subjects it will decline and hand over instead.

AI chatbot questions we get asked
How much does an AI chatbot cost in South Africa?
An AI chatbot is R4,500 to set up and R899 a month with us. That covers hosting, message costs, monitoring and monthly retraining, so there is nothing else to buy. Adding WhatsApp brings it to R7,500 setup and R1,450 a month for both channels.
Can I add an AI chatbot to my existing website?
Yes, and most of our installs are exactly that. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and custom built sites. Installation is a single snippet, so nothing about your existing site needs rebuilding.
How is this different from the free chat plugins?
Free plugins are not an AI chatbot at all. They either notify you and wait for a human, or follow a rigid script that breaks the moment somebody asks something unexpected. This one understands the question, answers from your actual pricing and process, and finishes the job by capturing or booking.
What if it gives a customer the wrong price?
It only quotes what you tell it to quote. Fixed price items are given freely; anything variable is handled by capturing the details and routing to you. During testing we deliberately try to get wrong answers out of it and close those gaps before it goes live.
Can it book appointments in my calendar?
Yes. It connects to Google Calendar and most common booking systems, offers only genuinely available slots and sends the confirmation. If you would rather approve every booking yourself, it can request instead of confirming.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, and that is where most of the traffic is. The chat window is built for a phone screen, does not block the page, and stays out of the way until someone taps it.
Will it slow my website down?
No. It loads after the rest of the page, so it does not affect your Core Web Vitals or how quickly the site appears. We test the score before and after installation and show you both.
What languages does it handle?
All eleven official languages, plus the mixed usage that is normal in real conversations. If a customer opens in Afrikaans and switches to English halfway, it follows without losing the thread.
Can I turn it off during office hours?
Yes. Many businesses run it only after hours and at weekends so the team handles the working day. You set the schedule and can change it whenever you like.
How do I see what it has been saying?
Every conversation is logged and searchable, and you get a monthly summary showing volumes, leads captured, handovers and the questions it struggled with. Reading a week of transcripts is usually the fastest way to spot what your website should already explain.
Is it POPIA compliant?
It is set up to be. Consent wording where personal information is collected, retention limits under POPIA, and data stored so it can be exported or deleted on request. Conversation data belongs to your business, not to us.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Send us your services and typical questions and we will build a working demo trained on your business, at no cost, so you can message it yourself before spending anything.
