Every package adds R1,250 a month for hosting, security and maintenance. Because a website is software, not a poster. It needs hosting, an SSL certificate, security patching, backups and updates to keep running. The R1,250 covers all of that plus small edits. You can host elsewhere if you prefer, we will hand over the files, but then the maintenance is yours to manage.

Yes, and nothing gets rebuilt. Launchpad upgrades to a Business website by adding pages at R950 each, or you move to the full package and pay only the difference. The same applies going into e-commerce. This is deliberate, we would rather you started small and grew than overspent on day one.

Your logo if you have one, your text and images, and the deposit. If you don't have copy, add the copywriting option and we'll write it from a short interview. Most delays on web projects come from waiting for content, so we will tell you exactly what is outstanding at the start.

Completely. The domain, the hosting account, the WordPress installation and every file are registered in your name and handed over with the logins. Some agencies keep the site on their own account so you cannot leave. We do not, and you can move it anywhere at any time.

Yes. Everything is delivered remotely, so location doesn't change the work. Clients elsewhere in sub-Saharan Africa are quoted in US dollars at the equivalent rate.

Small text and image changes are included for thirty days after launch. After that they fall under a care plan from R1,250 a month, or we bill hourly at R850 if you would rather pay as you go.

The build is split into a 60% deposit to book your slot and the balance on completion. For longer payment terms we would rather discuss it directly than advertise a finance product we do not run.

Yes, and it is designed on the phone layout first. Most South African traffic is mobile, so a site that only looks right on a laptop is a site losing most of its visitors.

Then we use them. We will check the hosting is fast enough first, and say so honestly if it is not, but there is no requirement to move to us and no markup either way.

Two to four weeks depending on the package. The delay is almost never our side; it is usually waiting for photos, logos or sign-off, so the more organised you are, the faster it goes.
