How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same working day, and within 24 hours at the outside. If your request is clear enough to price, a written quote comes back inside a day too.
Will I get a sales call I did not ask for?
No. If your message is clear we reply in writing with a quote. A call only happens for complex projects that genuinely need one, and only when it helps you rather than us.
Do you charge for a quote or a consultation?
No. Quotes are free, the initial conversation is free, and you are under no obligation to proceed. You keep whatever advice we give you either way.
I'm not in South Africa. Can you still help?
Yes. We work with businesses across the region remotely, priced in US dollars. Mention your country when you get in touch so we quote in the right currency from the start.
