WhatsApp automation for the channel South Africans actually use.
Your customers are not filling in contact forms. They are messaging you on WhatsApp, at night, on weekends, often while messaging two competitors as well. WhatsApp automation answers them in seconds, qualifies the job, books the slot and hands you the ones worth your time.
Replying on WhatsApp
What WhatsApp automation does for your business
Every part of our WhatsApp automation runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, which means it is licensed, reliable, and your number stays safe.
Replies within seconds
Day, night, weekend, public holiday. The first reply is the one that usually wins the job, and yours arrives before your competitor has woken up.
Quotes standard work instantly
Your fixed prices given straight away, with the variables captured for you to price properly. Most enquiries get a real number in the first two messages.
Takes bookings
Offers your actual availability, confirms the slot and sends a reminder the day before. Cuts no-shows and removes the usual four-message negotiation about times.
Sends payment links and invoices
For stocked products and standard services, the customer can pay inside the conversation. The order arrives complete instead of as a message somebody has to interpret.
Chases quotes and follow ups
Quotes that went unanswered, services falling due, invoices outstanding. Scheduled, polite, in your voice, and it happens without anyone remembering to do it.
Sends broadcast updates
Delivery notifications, stock arrivals, seasonal specials and load shedding notices, sent to opted-in customers through approved message templates.
Answers in their language
Someone opens in Afrikaans, isiXhosa or Sesotho and the reply comes back in the same language. That single detail changes how a business feels to a customer.
Hands to a human instantly
Complaints, emergencies and anything sensitive route to your team the moment they appear, with the whole conversation attached.
Keeps every conversation in one place
Your team sees the full history from a shared inbox, so it no longer matters which staff member's personal phone the customer originally messaged.
The channel your customers already use, answering for you.
Built on the official WhatsApp Business API
There are cheaper ways to build WhatsApp automation. They work by pretending to be a person using WhatsApp Web, they breach Meta's terms, and they get numbers banned without warning. We only build on the licensed API, documented publicly in the WhatsApp Cloud API reference.

We handle the Meta business verification for you, which is the part most businesses get stuck on. It usually takes a few days and is included in the setup fee.
WhatsApp automation live in about two weeks
Verification
We set up your Meta Business account and get your business verified. This is the slow part and we do it for you.
Number setup
Your existing number migrated, or a new one issued. We advise on which suits your situation before anything is moved.
Assistant training
Your services, prices, areas and tone, plus the rules for what it may quote and when it must fetch a person.
Team testing
You and your staff message it privately and flag anything that sounds wrong. Adjustments go live the same day.
Monthly improvement
Real conversations become training. Questions it handled badly get fixed, and you get a monthly summary of what customers asked.

Then R899 a month. Official API, verification handled, assistant trained on your business, shared team inbox.
WhatsApp plus website
Then R1,450 a month. One assistant across both channels, sharing what it knows about each customer.
WhatsApp plus workflows
WhatsApp automation wired into quoting, invoicing and job cards, so the conversation triggers the admin behind it.
The website side is covered on AI chatbots, and the admin side on business process automation.
WhatsApp automation questions we get asked
How much does WhatsApp automation cost in South Africa?
WhatsApp automation is R4,500 to set up and R899 a month with us, including Meta verification, hosting, conversation costs and monthly retraining. Adding your website brings it to R7,500 setup and R1,450 a month across both channels.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Usually yes. An existing number can be migrated to the Business API, though it can no longer be used in the normal WhatsApp app on a phone afterwards. If that matters to you, we issue a new number for the automated line and keep your personal one as it is.
Will my number get banned?
Not on the official API, which is exactly why we only build there. Bans happen to businesses using unofficial tools that automate WhatsApp Web against Meta's terms. The licensed route is designed for exactly this use and is safe.
Can my staff still reply personally?
Yes, and that is the point. Your team works from a shared inbox and can take over any conversation at any moment. The assistant handles the routine and steps back the instant a person joins.
Can it send bulk messages to my customer list?
Yes, through approved message templates and only to customers who have opted in. Delivery notifications, stock arrivals and specials all work well. Unsolicited bulk messaging is not permitted and would get your account restricted.
How long does Meta verification take?
Typically a few days once the paperwork is right, occasionally longer. It is the part most businesses get stuck on, so we handle it for you as part of the setup fee.
Can it take payments?
It sends payment links from your existing gateway, so the customer pays inside the chat and you get notified when it clears. Full checkout with stock and delivery rules sits on the online store side.
What about the green verified badge?
That is Meta's official business verification and it is available once your business is verified and meets their criteria. We submit the application as part of setup, though the decision is Meta's rather than ours.
Does it work with my CRM?
Most likely. It connects to common CRMs, Google Sheets, email and anything with an API, so qualified leads land wherever your team already works rather than in another separate system.
What happens during load shedding?
Nothing changes. The assistant runs in the cloud rather than on a machine in your office, so it keeps answering even when your premises have no power and your team cannot.
Is WhatsApp automation POPIA compliant?
WhatsApp automation is set up to be compliant, with consent captured under POPIA before personal information is stored, retention limits applied, and opt-out honoured on broadcasts. The conversation data belongs to your business and is exportable.
Can I see it working before I commit?
Yes. Send us your services and typical customer questions and we will build a demo trained on your business, then give you a number to message so you can judge it properly.
